Le Slip Français & Façon de Faire
Entrepreneur Président
Description
Guillaume Gibault cuts his teeth as an entrepreneur
at Bio c Bon then discovers by chance the fabulous story of his great-grandfather
Léon Flam, leather craftsman whose brand he decided to take over in 2011.
Convinced of the advantages of French manufacturing and the great stories of innovation, Guillaume launched Le Slip Français in 2011. 10 years later, the crazy bet turns into a real industrial success and the Slip Français has 107 employees, 30 partner workshops and 250 people who manufacture more than a million products per year throughout France.
Le Slip Français is today a company whose mission defined in its statutes is to "Reinvent the French textile industry with panache".
Since 2020, he has also been the first president of the Façon de Faire association, which aims to boost Made in France in the textile and fashion sector.
The same year, alongside Diversidays and Mozaïk RH, Guillaume launched the #Techyourplace movement, which encourages startups to introduce more diverse and inclusive recruitment.
More than ever attached to his values, ambassador of desirable, local, sustainable fashion, and with his experience as an entrepreneur, Guillaume wishes to prove that through creative, collective, entrepreneurial and innovative initiatives, everyone can contribute to reinventing a fairer and more sustainable world.
